I just moved into a house with a septic. What do i do?
Moving into a house with a septic can seem daunting, but other than a few concessions that should be made, it's not much different to life on mains wastewater. First of all, try to find out the systems history. If it hasn't been pumped in the last 12 months, we recommend getting it pumped, just to make sure you don't inherit any problems from the previous owners. Secondly, try to avoid antibacterial cleaning products. Including but not limited to; bleaches, sanitisers, some heavy duty cleaners and even some shampoos that contain peroxide.
If you are still unsure feel free to give us a call. If you have an aerobic system, we can even organise a $25 system health check.
What does the price of a service include?
Whether you pay for a single service or the whole year, the price includes everything required for a standard service, this includes chlorine as required and 1 air blower filter per year. The service covers you for up to an hour of labour, however an average service will generally take 20-30 minutes.
What if I have an alarm after hours?
No worries, we provide after-hours call-outs. Just give us a call on the normal number
How do I sign up?
We understand that everyone does things differently, so we have provided several ways to sign up. If your system type and location is listed on the home page, you can simply purchase the deal straight from the website, we will then contact you within 24 hours to arrange a service time. Otherwise feel free to call us on 0481 576 142. We also offer over the phone Credit/Debit card payment or a 14 day invoice which can be paid via Debit/Credit card, Bank transfer or cash.
Can i get more time to pay?
We understand that times can be tough, so if you want to sign up, but don't have the money right now. Call us to see how we can help. (Payment arrangements are at management discretion).
